Very disappointed with the level of cleanliness rooms at Conrad Bali. Rooms are in need of a total overhaul. We had an ocean front room, which was a wonderful view, but so many issues! There was an apple core under the bed that appeared to have been rotting away for some time. We had to request twice to have removed. The toilet seat behind the lid had not been cleaned for some time, with a build up of what appeared to be feces, the coffee plunger hadn\'t been cleaned (we ended up using a complimentary tooth brush to clean out, before using) shower head in friend\'s room wouldn\'t work properly and dripped all night. By the 3rd day the toilet in our room ended up overflowing onto the bathroom floor, which was the final straw for us, so a big complaint to the hotel management, which they ended up moving us to another room the next day. They did upgrade us to a pool access room, which was a good location, but issues where also experienced in that room as well.
The pool and gardens are fantastic. A positive highlight would have to be the access to the pool is 24/7. It was a bit ordinary that further payment was required to lounge in certain section around the pool and for a cabana. A time limit would be a far more suitable opinion to control, then everyone would have the chance to experience such locations. For the money Conrad Bali charges to stay, additional charges to sit the pool in certain locations is poor form.
Breakfast at Conrad Bali is very good. A positive highlight. Anything an everything is on offer. 10 out 10.
